Beware Frontier's marketing department, much like any other "advertiser" the truth is in the experience not the details or promises made by a money hungry sales representative handling customer service issues.
The most recent promotion worth discussing is an antivirus software coupled with a back-up/storage product which Frontier purports as free for the first 3 months after which the cost is $8.99 + tax.
Frontier representatives should tell you before selling the product to expect prorated charges for this free product which starts as soon as the order is processed. If you don't wish to pay for the partial month portion* of this free promotional product request the representative to place the order on your billing date. If you do not know your billing date you can reference your monthly statement on page 1 noted as billing date
